VHI cargo Rate covers the following services: receiving in our US warehouse, weighing / measuring, labeling, notify consignee of receipt, palatalizing and wrapping, export documentation and AWB charges, trucking to airport from our warehouse, commercial air freight, general clearing and customs duty, trucking from MM Airport in Lagos to our office, de-consolidating, and invoice.PROCEDURE- How to send and receive goods from USA in Nigeria

Rate for Weekly Air Consolidated goods:
Freight from USA to Nigeria = $3.00 per lb (For less than 220lbs)
Destination Charges = $1.50 per lb (Aviation handling, FAAN, SON Cap, Running & Professional fee)
Most USA suppliers will not deliver commodities directly to Nigeria. You'll therefore need a mailing / shipping address in the US to Send commodities you're buying for onward air cargo delivery to Nigeria.

When your items/goods/packages arrives our USA consolidation facility, we then;
1. Receive the packages / cargo.
2. Ship the packages out via Cargo Air carrier,
sometime we deliver to Nigeria twice weekly.
3. Confirm Estimated time of arrival (ETA) from the Airline and message you using the email i.d you provided while completing our Inbound Cargo Alert Form
4. Notify you of cargo arrival in Lagos Cargo terminal and invoice upon cargo arrival by email.
5. Inform you of clearing timeline (Clearing takes between 48 - 72 hrs).
6. Send you the Total Shipping Invoice and advise you of Pick-up day and time in our office
7. Entire shipping process is between 7-10days
IATA policy on Chargeable weight: Actual weight or dimensional weight (L x W x H) whichever is higher is charged.
Our policy: Our minimum invoice is $30 ( This is not applicable for phone, laptop, tablet, ipad)
